Autumn

We are now taking private dining and corporate bookings for the autumn.

With the change in season comes a change in ingredients. Our autumn menu includes stunning scallops, squash, venison, Yorkshire parkin, halibut, apple and much more in a carefully curated menu using the best seasonal ingredients.

Here’s a little peak of our autumn fine dining menu;

Tasting menu – 5 or 7 course

Braised beef, pickled carrot and chilli taco

Baked scallops with spring onion, sesame, coriander, Asian greens, soy and fish sauce

A course game pate combining pheasant, pigeon and partridge served with toasted brioche and chutney

Roast venison saddle chop marinated with red wine, juniper and thyme served with braised red cabbage, celeriac puree
and fondant potato
